Works Well

This app does everything promised. A little easier to use on iPad than on the smaller screen of the iPhone, but not terribly difficult on either device. Ive been using it primarily to slightly blur backgrounds in order to make photo subject pop. But it also works well changing a photos background. Well worth the three bucks.
